Al-Shahd Food Industries was founded in 2005 for the processing of different juices, soft drinks and barley non-alcoholic drink by Hijazi and Ghosheh group of companies, which is one of the largest and most famous groups in the world.
The location of the factory and Management is situated in Jordan Amman/ Jeezah, five kilometers after the Airport bridge. The factory is located on 33000 sq.m. It is considered as one of the largest factories in size in the Middle East. It was constructed on the best bases of engineering and manufacture to meet future needs and requirements of the manufacture of all kinds of beverages.
On the basis of previous experience the factory was equipped with modern productive machines. The laboratory section was equipped with the equipment necessary for deducing the best methods of beverages industry. Al-Shahd further adopted all technical methods and practical ways so that it will be the best in the world of beverages.
As to human resources engaged in the factory, they are formed of laboratory technicians of high experience, quality engineers, maintenance engineers, production and administration workmen. The personnel have had high professional training on all modern technological machines, engines and equipment. They are supported by storehouse workmen of specialization and experience to prepare and facilitate transportation and storage operation and facilitate follow-up with the Sales Department. We have also production capacity capable of covering local and foreign markets.

The location
In Al-Jeezah District – South Amman city, five kilometers far from Alia International Airport.
The land and building area
The area of land is about 35 thousand sq.m.
The area of building and services is about 12 thousand sq.m. It includs production halls, storehouses, management and supporting services of the factory. The standard of the building and services is in conformity with modern internationally accepted specifications.
Due to the importance of water as a basic element in production, a licenced water well was drilled to meet the needs of the factory of water.
