Production lines:
The factory currently has many production lines and accessories. These lines were equipped by the help of the largest companies in this field such as the American Miller Company, the Belgian Meura Company, and many other European companies specialized in this field.
We are specialized in the production of natural barley drink of high quality through a computer program which controls all productive processes by control equipment according to the modernest technology applied in this connection with a production capacity of 600 thousand hectolitres.
Filling lines:
1. Juice filling line, in carton containers of 200 m.l. and 1000 m.l.
2. Bottle filling line of 330 m.l. capacity.
3. Can filling line, of 330 m.l.
Quality Control and Laboratory Department:
Due to the vital role played by this Department in obtaining distinguished product of high quality specifications, the Company equipped this laboratory with equipment and devices of high technique and standards according to world specification of control of all the steps and phases of production starting from the examination of all primary material included in production and water which is considered as one of the most important elements in processing and ending in completely processed material.
Engineering and Maintenance Department:
For operating and maintaining the units supporting productive process.
We are distinguished from others and provide Mode, a natural non-alcoholic barley water, no sugar added. It has a unique flavor of savor and wonderful tasts. It is extracted from natural fruit in conformity with the wishes of consumers and market requirements. It is filled in neat bottles with wonderful design.
Proud refreshing soft drinks are available in 330 m.l. cans. They have different flavors. We called them Proud which is linked with the kind of flavor. Our most important products available are Proudcolla, orangecolla and Lemon Proud-up.
In satisfaction of the requirements of diet programs and health consumer tastes, we provide Proud diet colla, Proud diet lemon up with the same size.
